Mr. Steven G. Withrow

Mr. Withrow is the Project Manager for the Innovation Accelerator for Marine Science (IA/MS) with the Regional Technology Development Corp. (RTDC) of Cape Cod. 

Over the past 28 years, he has worked with a wide variety of internationally-based marine science & technology companies to strengthen their competitive position in commercial, academic and government market sectors world-wide.

In 1997, Mr. Withrow founded Trinity International Consultants, Inc. as a business development consulting firm specializing in strategic market planning, market research, new product introduction and international market penetration strategies, and assisting small and start-up businesses with identifying and attracting investment funding. The company is specifically focused on the unique needs of clients working in, or looking to establish themselves in, the global marine science & technology marketplace. 

In addition to his 18+ years of industry experience as Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Marketing Manager with Hazeltine Corp., Director of Undersea Systems Marketing with General Instruments Corp., Vice President of Business Development with SeaBeam Instruments, Inc. and Managing Director of ORE Offshore, Mr. Withrow has also held positions as Chairman of the Board for the Slater Center for Ocean Technology (SCOT), a RI State-funded incubator for small businesses with new and promising marine technologies and as Executive Director of the Marine & Oceanographic Technology Network (MOTN), a New England-based industry trade association consisting of over 50 member companies and regional universities.
