The Regional Technology Development Corporation (RTDC), located in Woods Hole, Massachusetts, is a not-for-profit “virtual incubator” with the mission to facilitate technology transfer and technology commercialization from affiliated local research institutions, including the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) and the Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL).
